Create and manage recurring appointments

Use the recurrence menu in an appointment to create a repeated series rather than entering each appointment separately.

How to create a recurring appointment

  1. Open Agenda and select New event.
  2. Enter the appointment details, including the patient, date, time, and professional as needed.
  3. Open the recurrence menu, which initially shows Does not repeat.
  4. Choose a standard pattern such as daily, weekdays, weekly, monthly, or yearly. Select the custom option to set an interval in days, weeks, months, or years.
  5. Select Save.

How to edit a recurring appointment

  1. Open an appointment in the series and make the required change.
  2. When Streamly asks which appointments to edit, choose This appointment or This and following appointments.
  3. Confirm the change.

How to delete a recurring appointment

  1. Open an appointment in the series and select Delete.
  2. Choose This appointment, This and following appointments, or All appointments.
  3. Confirm the deletion.

Important information

Recurring appointments are generated for one year. You cannot change the frequency of an existing recurring series; delete the current series and create a new one if the frequency must change. Google Calendar synchronization for recurring appointments can take several minutes.

Troubleshooting

  • If only one appointment changes, make sure you selected This and following appointments when prompted.
  • If a changed recurrence pattern is needed, delete the existing series and create a new recurring appointment.
