Sign in and get started
Use your email address and password to access the centre that you belong to.
How to sign in
- Open the Streamly Desktop sign-in page.
- Enter your Email and Password.
- If your email is associated with more than one centre, choose the required centre.
- Select Log In.
How to reset your password
- On the sign-in page, select I forgot my password.
- Follow the on-screen steps to identify your account and set a new password.
- Sign in with the new password when the process is complete.
How to change the language
- Open the language menu on the sign-in page or in the application navigation.
- Select the language you want to use.
Important information
If your account is inactive or suspended, Streamly Desktop will not let you sign in. A user that is invited to an existing centre must complete the instructions in the invitation email before it can be linked to that team.
After signing in, use the Dashboard to open the main areas of the application. The available areas can vary according to your access rights.
Troubleshooting
- Check the email address and password if Streamly Desktop reports incorrect credentials.
- If you do not have a centre assigned, use the registration option shown by the application or contact the centre administrator.
- If you cannot see a menu item, ask an administrator to check your access restrictions.
